Shantou Linghai Plastic Packing Factory Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer of thermoforming plastic and biodegradable packaging since 1992. With 30 years of experience in packaging. Our products are used for fast food, fruit, vegetable, bakery, beverage, and more. The material we used included PET, PP, PS, BOPS, PLA, and sugarcane.
Capable to Produce 3000 Tons Monthly
Our 35,000 square meter dust-free workshop has 8 advanced extrusion lines, for PP/PS/PET roll, 2 sets of thermoforming machines from KIEFEL Germany, and more than 30 sets of high-speed fully automated machinery. The daily output is 150 tons, and 100tons for final products. We have our own molding department. There are 9 CNC machines, that assist our customers in developing new, customized products exclusively. 3-7 days only for single cavity aluminum sample mold!

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our QC technician will follow the whole production progress, from the product development to the mass production and finally the packaging and delivery. All the raw materials, machines,s, and molds are checked, ensuring all of them are in the best condition for production. During the progress of production, the QC team will keep tracking the product quality every 5 minutes to ensure the highest possible product quality.
